Payment:

A child’s camp registration is complete, and their attendance slot confirmed and held once payment is received.

After you have completed all questions and added a camp reservation to your cart, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information through a secured network on our checkout page.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Please be advised, if canceling registration in a program, we need two weeks’ notice due to planning purposes regarding staffing and enrollment limits.  If less than two weeks’ notice is given, we cannot provide a refund.

 

Photos and Video

On occasion, our staff may photograph or videotape participants in Brandywine Learning Center programs.  These photographs are for Brandywine Learning Center use only and may be duplicated in our Learning Center publication, flyers, brochures or video productions.  We use only pictures and no personal information such as a student’s name. If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know. Thank you.
