Dear Wizardry Families,

New magical things are happening all the time!  We had a very fun and spooky time at our October event (pictures below).  The November 15th One-Nighter is rapidly approaching (less than 2 weeks away).  Sign up now on our website – www.brandywineschoolofwizardry.com.  One-nighters make an excellent night out for parents and good gifts for young witches & wizards.

 
In addition, we have 2 new and 2 repeat favorite events to tell you about.    

Here is a quick outline with details further in this electronic letter.

1.       Wizardry One-Nighters – There are 3 coming up. 
           Fall – Nov, 15th 2025
           Winter – Mar, 21st 2026
           Spring – May, 16th 2026

 

Each one-nighter is a unique and magical experience – you can register for one or all of them. They are open for registration on our website (click here) for ages 6-15yrs.   
DISCOUNT - If you decide to register for more than one event at the same time, you’ll receive $10 off the second event (and an additional $10 off the third).  This discount came out after the Halloween event opened for registration.  If you registered for the Oct event and would like to register for the Fall one-nighter – the discount code is 2ND1NT-FALL2025. Click here for more info and to register.

2.      Two – One-Day Wizard Camps - We’ll be hosting a day of Wizard Camp! Enjoy your day off from regular school and spend the day in wizard school casting spells, playing quadball and more!

•    Tentative - Tuesday, Dec 30th from 9am – 3pm at the West Chester Boro building. Registration is through the WC parks & rec once confirmed. Click here.
•    Monday, Jan 20th from 9am-3pm at the Twining Valley Park building.  Registration is through the Upper Dublin parks & recreation and is already open for registration.  Click here to sign up now.  

     

3.    Facebook & Instagram – We have made major changes to our online presence!  We closed our old Facebook page and deleted the old Instagram account.  We are working on building up the new pages.  Our NEW Facebook page is fb/brandywinewizards and our new Instagram is @brandywinewizards.  Please head over to Brandywine Wizards for updates on our events, summer schedules, and fun pictures from the various locations.  And of course, don’t forget to like and follow for more information to come.

4.    Tentative 2026 Summer camp schedule – It’s becoming less and less tentative.  Most of the camp dates & locations are confirmed.  Below is a picture with the tentative schedule for summer 2026.  The dates in red are not yet confirmed.  We thought we’d get a jump start on putting this out there to help with your planning.  Plus, there are 2 major date changes for 2 programs.  West Chester and Upper Dublin have changed from their usual week this coming summer.

 

5.    As many of you may have seen in our previous emails we collect new and gently used items for St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital. They are temporarily holding off on accepting donations so we are not collecting at this time as well.  If/when things change we will let you know. Thank you for your incredible response and support for children in need!
